A very nice white Salvia. Snow
Hill sports massess of clear white flowers that will bloom from June until October as long
as you keep faded flower stems cut back. A very attractive perennial with an
exceptional blooming period. Foliage is compact and a very nice shade of
olive-green. Plants are very easy to grow and are deer resistant.
Plant in full sun and provide a rich well drained soil. Fertilize in early
spring with a top dressing of compost and bone meal. Liquid feed twice in summer
with fish emulsion or seaweed extract. Plants are considered to be drought tolerant
but will bloom much better if you will provide them with water during hot dry spells.
Deadhead spent flowers to promote heavier flowering.
