Quick growing, evergreen foliage with vivid deep
reddish-pink flowers. Dianthus Brilliant is a very heavy bloomer that completely covers
itself in color April through June and with some light pruning will flower again in
September. Plants prefer full sun but will grow just fine in partial shade. Soil must be
well drained to prevent stem rot and pH needs to be neutral - if you soil is acidic add
some lime and wood ash. Very nice variety of Dianthus - Brilliant is actually one of our
favorites!
