flowers. An excellent garden performer that blooms from Early June through October. Winner
of the Royal Horticultural Society 2001 Award of Garden Merit, Zagreb is a must have
perennial for full sun. Plants are shorter than most other forms of Coreopsis,
growing in a bushy, yet airy clump measuring only 12 - 15 inches in height. Foliage is
needlelike with a very delicate appearance. Plants prefer a sunny spot in the garden and a
soil that is well drained. Cut the plants back after blooming has ended for a second round
of profuse flowering. Coreopsis 'Zagreb' looks best when planted in groups of at least 3
and is a superb choice for combining with ornamental grasses.
