A new introduction to the Agastache family. Sunset sports smoky grey,
finely cut leaves a bit different than we are used to seeing on other agastaches - but
with that same great mint smell. The rose - salmon flower spikes emerge in ealry summer
and stay vivid through out the summer and into most of autumn. Hummingbirds and
butterflies just adore this plant, the aroma is combination of licorice and mint and the
perfume fills the garden on hot summer days. Very nice addition to the Agastache
family! Limited Suppy
Plant in full sun and provide a rich well drained soil. Fertilize in early
spring with a top dressing of compost and bone meal. Liquid feed through out the
summer with fish emulsion or seaweed extract. Agastache prefers dry soils and is
considered to be a very drought tolerant plant.
