This great series of Landscape Roses is considered by
many gardeners to be the greatest rose for landscaping ever. Knock Out Roses
are the lifes work of Rose Breeder
William Radler. His hard work has rewarded gardeners with roses that are extremely
free flowering and easy to grow. Knock Out Roses stand up to every known garden enemy -
blackspot resistant, aphids don't seem to bother them and they just shrug off japanese
beetles. The Knock Out series is the best rose we offer for partly sunny
areas, blooming with only 4 hours or direct sunlight. These roses are repeat
bloomers witht their first round of flowering starting in late spring / early summer with
continued cycles of color right up through fall. Knock Out roses are very compact
and tight growing making them perfect as a small hedge and for tucking between
perennials. In the winter the plants are covered with orange-red rose hips drawing
in winter birds. Plants never need deadheading (pelals will fall as they fade)
making the Knock Out Roses the most maintenance free rose we offer. This is as close
to "plant it, and forget it" as you will get with any type of rose.
