Hostas prefer partial to full shade and a good rich garden soil that is moist but well drained. Moisture plays a crucial role in growing beautiful Hosta plants - you will need to water plants during prolonged dry spells. Feed in very early spring with a top dressing of composted manure and bone meal. Liquid feed at least twice during the growing season with seaweed extract or fish emulsion. Very unique coloration combined

Growers Hosta of the year in 2005. Wide, forest green margins completely surround a gold
center that is occassionaly lined with a intriguing white stripe. The large leaves are 8
inches long and 6 inches wide and form a clump 2 feet wide in just a couple of growing
seasons. Striptease is a mutation of the classic Hosta 'Gold Standard' ..... very
unique!
